Fuel prices

GET/v1/fuel

One world price each, by month from 1990: jet fuel a gallon and a litre, crude oil a barrel, each against its 2019 average (2019 = 100, the Monitor's base) and on a year. Fuel trades on world markets, so one price holds for flights everywhere. Without from, it starts in 2015.
