Australia advises avoiding all travel for Iran.
Avoid all travel to Iran because the regional security situation is tense and can change at any time. Austrians are urged to leave, while those present should exercise particular caution. Austrian-Iranian dual nationals risk arbitrary arrest, interrogation or lengthy sentences; consular support is severely limited, and internet and messaging services are frequently cut off.
Avoid all travel to Iran because of regional tensions, the risk of military escalation and the domestic security situation. Belgian citizens, including dual nationals, should leave as soon as possible. Even tourists face increased risks of arrest, arbitrary detention, unfair trial and mistreatment; consular protection is limited, and those remaining should avoid military and nuclear installations and large gatherings.
Avoid all travel to Iran because regional volatility, missile and drone attacks, possible violent demonstrations and increased surveillance create serious risks. If in Iran, leave now if safe, but do not rely on Canadian assistance; land border departures are at your own risk. Astara is closed, while Sarakhs/Serakhs is fully open but requires special authorization and a transit visa, and Tehran has seen violent clashes.
Avoid all travel to Iran and leave immediately if already there because escalating tensions with the United States and Israel and possible attacks on Iranian infrastructure threaten renewed war. Leave overland preferably via Azerbaijan, Armenia, or Turkey, since flights are limited and conflict could interrupt aviation and close borders and ports. If unable to leave, follow safety guidance, avoid gatherings and sensitive sites, and expect communication outages and limited assistance.
Avoid all travel to Iran, and Danes there are urged to leave, because the security risk is very high and the situation is unstable and unpredictable. Departure options may be limited. You may be detained or imprisoned, including on espionage charges, while consular rights may not be respected. Other risks include terrorism, demonstrations, crime in larger cities, landmines near the Iraqi border, earthquakes in the southeast and chaotic traffic.
Germany advises avoiding all travel for Iran.
Avoid all travel to Iran because the security situation is highly unpredictable. Residents already there should attend to personal safety and leave or relocate to relatively safe regions immediately. Military conflict, airstrikes, protests, violent clashes and border incidents have caused casualties, while airspace closures are disrupting airports and air traffic.
Avoid all travel to Iran because regional tension, war and possible further military escalation create serious risks. Travel should be postponed, entry is not recommended under any circumstances, and those already there are advised to leave immediately while avoiding demonstrations, mass gatherings and military or police sites. Terror attacks are frequent in Khuzestan and provinces bordering Pakistan and Afghanistan, and foreign nationals face increased detention risk.
Avoid all travel to Iran because hostilities make security volatile and unpredictable, while citizens risk arbitrary arrest and detention by Iranian authorities. Those in Iran should leave, avoid protests and large gatherings, and stay away from military, government, security, energy and communications infrastructure; do not photograph sensitive sites or conflict activity. Security is particularly dangerous in provinces bordering Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq, although incidents can occur across the country.
Do not travel to Iran for any purpose. The government raised the country to level 4, advising those already there to leave if they can do so safely. Risks include military tensions, internet and international calls being unavailable or difficult, and reduced or suddenly suspended flights. If staying is unavoidable, use multiple sources, take precautions, avoid protests and gatherings, and do not approach or photograph military or nuclear facilities.
Avoid all travel to Iran because tensions with the United States make security unpredictable, regional attacks and infrastructure disruption continue, and air travel is severely restricted. You risk arbitrary arrest, long imprisonment or the death penalty, as well as terrorism, kidnapping near Afghanistan and Pakistan, crime and violent demonstrations. Strict drug, photography, drone and same-sex activity laws carry severe punishment, and consular help for dual nationals is unavailable.
Defer all travel to Iran because of the escalating security situation in the Middle East. Singaporeans currently in Iran should remain vigilant, monitor the situation, avoid demonstrations and large crowds, and leave as soon as practicable. Singapore has no diplomatic mission in Iran, which limits emergency consular assistance. If they must stay, they should follow local news, leave areas showing signs of unrest, and know where the nearest hardened shelter is.
Leave Iran and avoid all travel because security remains unpredictable; anyone there should leave safely, taking local conditions into account. Risks include regional tensions, sudden protests and violent responses, terrorism, criminal kidnapping, detention of foreign nationals and dangerous roads; consular assistance may be limited. Treat southeastern Sistan and Baluchistan, Kerman and Hormozgan provinces as especially dangerous, except Kish and Qeshm islands, and avoid border strips along Afghanistan and Iraq.
Avoid all travel to Iran because of the security situation. Swedish citizens in Iran are urged to leave the country, and the advice remains in force until further notice.
Avoid all travel to Iran because British nationals risk arrest, detention and potentially the death sentence, with increased questioning and scrutiny by Iranian authorities. Dual nationals may be treated as Iranian nationals, and previous travel to or from Iran does not guarantee safety. Kish Island has additional entry arrangements.
Avoid all travel to Iran because of terrorism, unrest, kidnapping, arbitrary arrest, and wrongful detention. U.S. citizens in Iran should leave immediately. There is no U.S. embassy, routine consular services are unavailable, and protecting-power assistance is severely limited. Surrogacy companies may misrepresent security and citizenship rules, putting U.S. citizens in danger.
