Anguilla recorded 11,524 visitor arrivals in June 2026, up 17.6% on the same month a year before and 148.0% of the level seen in June 2019. The figure is the highest for the calendar month on record. It extends a run of eight consecutive months above the prior year, with the year to date up 20.6% on the same period a year earlier.
Arrivals have run well above both the prior year and 2019 across the first half. June's 11,524 followed May's 11,180, with both months ahead of their 2019 levels and the three year average. The standout remains March 2026, which at 16,693 stands as the best month on record, while January and February sat at 15,006 and 14,992 respectively.
Anguilla's 17.6% rise ranked it first among the three countries of the region. Among a wider set of rivals, Saint Kitts and Nevis fell 9.4%, Antigua and Barbuda dropped 4.4%, Saint Lucia eased 0.9% and Grenada slipped 1.5%, while Saint Vincent and the Grenadines edged up 1.5% and Dominica rose 5.2%. Jet fuel stood at $3.04 a gallon, up 45.3% on a year. Forecasts point to further growth of 18.2% in July, 37.6% in August and 22.9% in September.
