Saint Kitts and Nevis recorded 11,453 visitor arrivals in June 2026, down 9.4% on the same month a year before and at 88.7% of the June 2019 level. The result was 2.2% above the average of the three years before. It was the fifth month in a row below the year before, and the rank by change on a year among twenty countries of the region was eighteenth. June 2025 was the last year in which the same calendar month was higher.
Across the first half of 2026, arrivals moved from 14,308 in January to 13,170 in February, 14,385 in March, 11,367 in April, 10,347 in May and 11,453 in June. The year to date was 3.2% below the same months a year before. Among neighbours with shared markets, Anguilla led with a 17.6% gain in June 2026, while Dominica was up 5.2% and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines up 1.5%. Saint Lucia was 0.9% lower, Grenada 1.5% lower and Antigua and Barbuda 4.4% lower.
The wider picture in June 2026 included a world jet fuel price of $3.04 a gallon, up 45.3% on a year. Economic growth for 2026 was projected at 1.8%. Forecasts pointed to a 8.0% rise on a year for July 2026, a 1.0% fall for August 2026 and a 4.3% rise for September 2026. The best month on record remained December 2024, with 16,183 arrivals.
