Advisory for a destination

GET/v1/advisories/{iso}

Everything governments tell their own citizens about one destination, in one answer: a headline and a plain English summary combining every government's advice, the places they name, how the governments split across the four levels, and each government's own level, wording and summary, strongest first. The summaries are written from each government's own text and rewritten whenever that text changes.
