Advisories scale

GET/v1/advisories/scale

What every travel-advice field means: the shared levels from 0 (normal precautions) to 3 (avoid all travel), the impact grades and categories given to each dated change, and each government held with its own wording for each level and how many destinations it covers. Free, so any answer can be read.
